CEO & Co-Founder
Martin Kassing is the CEO and Co-Founder of Upvest. He is a tech entrepreneur with a strong background and experience in finance. Before founding Upvest in 2017, he worked in private equity. Martin stepped out of this path to found his first Fintech, acquired later by Klarna. Having over 15 years of experience in Fintech and capital markets, he is now leading and developing Upvest strategy and vision.

MD & Co-Founder
Tobias Auferoth is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Upvest. He has 7 years of Fintech building experience in Berlin, among others co-founding the first FinLeap venture Savedo. Before moving into Fintech, he spent 7 years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and UBS in Frankfurt and London.

Dr. Til Rochow is the Chief Product Office at Upvest. Previously he built and led the investment and pension products business at Raisin. He has more than 15 years experience in financial services having started his career at McKinsey. Til is passionate about improving retail investor behaviour, which was also the focus of his Ph.D.
